The first school was launched in February 2000 with a goal to teach consultants and trainers to develop and practise coaching skills in one to one situations. Today participants include HR managers, therapists, recruiters, advisors, and people transitioning out of corporate life and into their own businesses as well as consultants and trainers.
Courses & Offerings
Professional Coaching: Basics
This 14-day course spread over 7 months (2 days per month) is designed for people wanting to become corporate coaches but the basic principles and techniques acquired during the course apply also to Life Coaching. The course is relatively short so it is essential that participants have knowledge of company life and have engaged in personal development or work that facilitates self knowledge. We offer this course in English and French.
Professional Coaching: Specialization - Clean Coaching
This advanced course targets deepening awareness around one’s “inner” coach and how to work with a client’s metaphorical landscape. Coaches learn to work with David Grove’s techniques of Clean Language, Clean Space and Emergent Knowledge.

Professional Coaching: Specialization - Systemic Coaching with Constellations
This course develops a coach’s ability to see and map systems for their clients. It challenges the traditional stance of the coach and teaches the technology of constellations as a means of revealing the hidden dynamics in a client’s system. These are valuable skills to acquire for both one-on-one and group interventions.
Summer Soul Workshops
For over 15 years, I have been taking small groups of professional coaches, company leaders and entrepreneurs to a yoga and meditation centre. It is an invitation to step out of the strain of constant action, to step back and quietly contemplate the self in season, to step into a state of resourcefulness where the soul is nourished and replenished.
Supervision: Individual
For coaches with a regular practice who prefer the privacy of a one-to-one relationship with a supervisor. A six-hour contract with a flexible organization. Sessions run virtually in English or French.
Supervision: Group
Supervision for coaches: A group of 6 coaches meets on line for 6 half days over 12 months. Starting dates and availability of places vary.
Constellation Supervision Days: 4 full days online to review and deepen your practice and expertise.
