LKB Associates provides professional coaching, training, supervision and personal development. The LKB School of Coaching provides training for company executives, their teams, and private individuals, as well as seasonal soul labs for coaches, leaders and entrepreneurs.

What LKB Offers
Individual and Team Coaching Classes
One basics level and two specialized levels of training. Trainees acquire skills for working with teams in both specialized courses, either in the corporate or private (personal) sector.
Professional Coaching Certification
Participants complete filmed coaching sessions with individual feedback, real case studies, and a validation process to earn a professional coaching certificate.
Virtual Classes during COVID
Though classes normally take place in Paris, they are now being hosted via Zoom due to the pandemic, allowing participation from anywhere in the world.
Small Class Sizes
Intake per class never exceeds 12 guaranteeing maximum amount of individual attention per class
Taught in French, or bilingual French/English
Coaching classes are taught in French in France. Classes can be delivered on demand in English. Company work is generally bilingual.
Network of Coaches
Participants are able to meet and form relationships with a network of other coaches, creating a lasting and meaningful support network.
